Play with following settings:

Sliders X/Y – proportions of subdivision
Remapping X/Y – curves that adjust everything (on the top of sliders and noise)
Noise mix amount – quantity of noise control/amplitude
Noise loop progress – parameter that drive noise animation (need to keyframe 0% and 100% for loop)
Noise frequency – adjust frequency for all animated noise
